A number of years ago I was called to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and to expose a cover up of safeguarding system failings within government, that have led to harm, suicides and deaths, related to bullying, physical and sexual violence in UK schools. It was soon no longer just a fight about violence and abuse of children in schools but in every area of society and in every nation across the globe.
As a consequence of evidence recently presented to the Police, to demonstrate the involvement of numerous individuals including Prime Ministers, ministers and MPs in the alleged cover up and also as a result of subsequent events, I have been forced to take emergency steps. As a consequence, in January 2026, I left the UK and flew to Geneva Switzerland, where I applied for Asylum and Refugee Status and protection from the British State.
At present the Swiss Government will process my application while I remain in the Geneva Airport Transit Zone. I am currently held in a 24/7 Detention Centre, where I have been for around 2 weeks and may remain for up to 60 days. I had the option of entering Switzerland and claiming asylum at a processing centre outside of the Transit Zone. This would not have involved being held in detention but would have meant residing in Switzerland and attempting to contact the UN, while possessing all of the files and evidence implicating the British State without any security. This was a risk I was not willing to take.
I have now had meetings with legal representation as well as an interview with the Swiss Government Migration authorities at the beginning of the week. This is now potentially an extremely embarrassing situation for the Prime Minister Keir Starmer, our Government and the British State. This has been clear since I first arrived in Geneva, therefore my asylum application is very unlikely to be straight forward.
To be clear, I do not intend to be here for any longer than is necessary. I have sought temporary asylum in order to have a safe place to be allowed to present my case and allow my evidence to be heard. My aim is to bring this global issue to light and then to return to the UK to continue the fight against Parliament and the State and ensure that there is change and that children not just in the UK but across the globe can be safer.
